* There will be a $35 fee for any re-scheduled, missed, or late arrival. This includes any cancellation without 72 hours (3 days) notice.
* There will be a $75 fee assessed for any re-scheduled, missed or late arrival for Substance Abuse Evaluations. Must have 72 hour notice for cancellation or re-scheduling.
VEHICLE IMMOBILIZATION:
* $75 fee for moving a vehicle while currently in immobilization period. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
